Dispatch and delivery times

Small item
For small item parcels please allow 3–5 working days for processing and delivery. Small items are generally dispatched using DHL or DX freight for next day delivery. UK mainland only. 

Large item
For large item parcels (often due to their size or handling requirements) please allow 7–14 working days for processing and delivery. We ensure all large items are carefully prepared and shipped securely to arrive in perfect condition. Large items will be dispatched by our  own courier and we will get in touch to arrange the delivery day. UK mainland only. 

Delivery

Delivery is charged volumetrically. Rates will be calculated at checkout. 

Failed deliveries

All failed deliveries may incur additional fees, for delivery reattempts and storage.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available from our warehouse, based in Mundon, CM9 post code area. Please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment for collection.
